Free Phone

Have applied for a phone March 2018, phone goes the long way from Florida across the States, then out on a boat to Hawaii. One month wait. It was shipped back 3 times. I've waited too long, it's now July. They once shipped it to Kihei, Hi and I live on a different island. Their policy says if it gets shipped back 3 times I must pay $25.00 for the phone. I've not paying it. Such frustration waiting and checking my mail box everyday and no phone.
Don't waste your time with this company. I sent them e-mails. Copies if driver's license to show home address and still they don't get it right. I called many times about the address too. Bad business!!!
