Dont apply for qlink

i ordered a replacement phone for 25 dollars and the mail lady put it in the wrong box whoever received it opened it and is using it even bought a 50 dollar minute card for it so i call q link and they wanted ANOTHER 25 DOLLARS to send another one
anyone who might be thinking about applying for q link DONT DO IT

crappy phone service

my ex husband Roger Abdullah keeps getting into my phone account and removing numbers that have called me. he gets through by hacking my email address and getting into my phone account. qlink makes it to easy for people who have your personal information to access your qlink account. he's changed my passwords and has removed phone numbers that have called my phone. when I use *67 to block my number he unblocks it. what an asshole! when I tried to cancel my phone account with qlink to go to another phone carrier they said I would have to stay with them for a year before I could switch carriers

Phone and customer service horrible!!

Q link wireless has the worst customer service and phones I’ve ever seen in my life! I tried for six months to get a hold of them by email and phone to no avail. My phone has not work since I got it the screen is totally unresponsive to touch I can’t even make a phone call on it . So when I finally get an email was to send them $25 to get a new phone why would I want to send them 25 for a new phone with a new phone I got from them in the first place never work I suggest you go to Safelink or some other company for your phone but as it stands now I can’t even go to one of those because they have my name on their list and haven’t taken it off like I’ve asked them to a dozen times So I could get service elsewhere. when I finally get an email was to send them $25 to get a new phone why would I want to send them 25 for a new phone with a new phone I got from them in the first place never work I suggest you go to Safelink or some other company for your phone but as it stands now I can’t even go to one of those because they have my name on their list and haven’t taken it off like I’ve asked them to. I realize the phone is free but this is so frustrating my blood pressure has gone through the roof. If there was a rating lower than zero I would give it to Qlink!!
