No customer service support
Well I signed up and read the reviews so I wanted to cancel. It said call this number but it never will conect to a person. So I emailed and they said call this number to cancel but it is the same number with no person. So I'm not going to activate it and there for won't make a monthly call so they will have to terminate my account. I'm going to report them though.

Do not use Qlink wireless
Move to Pa on Feb 2018 called and had address changed. Do to it being a lifeline account. Today March 5 2019 got an email from them to reverify. Tried to login and could not. Contacted them and found my address had not been updated and they said they will have to cancel service. I talked to two supervisors and all they kept saying is that you moved and we have to cancel service and you have to reapply. Did not care that they did not do this a year ago when I actually moved and contacted them with new address. This lifeline phone has been my sole communication device for my doctors, hospital, etc. and they just turned it off. Now I have no service an not call doctors or family and cannot receive calls this will have my family calling emergency services to find me. This company needs to be removed from providing lifeline services to disabled, or anyone for that matter.
