Worst Ever

After 2 months,I get an email from QLINK stating my application has been approved. I immediately send them 2 emails and call them directly stating I DO NOT want their service and DO NOT send me a phone. Guess what? My existing lifeline service is terminated without notice and there is only one possible explanation. QLINK notified USAC of the change and promptly closed my account.

Anyone know of a physical location for QLINK?
