battery will not stay charged
The battery on my new phone will not stay charged. It won't even stay charged for 6 hours. I don't know if you sent me a phone with a really bad battery or if all of your phones are like this. The phone I have is the Kyocera and the numbers on the battery are 5AAXBT052GEA-, and DC121217BBB000401. I would like for one of two things to happen, either send me a whole new phone or at least a new battery. I hope to hear something from you soon. Thanks for listening.
