Improper handling/ and super unprofessionalism

This is the email I sent to the supervisor of the state board for real estate broker.Hopefully this gets to Deanna A./ Supervisor ! I completed my coursework about a month ago and I have been given the run arounds for some weeks.. I have proof that I can send you. I have been trying to schedule my test and PSI has wait times 2 hours or more every time I call they say they can’t disclose any info. To me because the state has not let them know of my completion of hours. Customer service rep are all saying different things, unruly, unprofessional, give wrong info, short with me, I was on hold today for 2 ½ hours to get a rep that yelled at me and hung up on me… This is so unprofessional I will being doing a review to let others know about my experience with PSI! I am the one that is suffering because I have been studying for a test that has been giving me the run arounds… I have been emailing also for over a month with no response in inbox/spam. I have proof of that also! Can I please get some relief because Im so frustrated that I was mis treated and handled improperly by this un professional establishment! I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I will be waiting patiently like ive been for your response… Up- top is the completion of 90 hours..i had na horrible,horrible, experience.. It was so bad that I cant wait for this experience that was suppose to be so great to be over with. It makes me wonder because I am a educated minority who's testing is being put on the back burner for no odd reasons. I have been mistreated and handled so improper and unprofessionally.. I have cried about what they did and are still doing to me., I just want to take my test and work in the field of study of expertise.. Im still waiting on the supervisor to respond also.....
