Did not let me have my money back
After I decided to switch to another policy, to pay less for my motorcycle policy since I moved to another house and needed money, there was no problem at all. However, I faced problems when I needed to cancel the policy at all – they did not refund me the money that I had paid them up front last month.

your singing commercials with Flo
The singing commercials with Flo was a huge waste of money. I know sometimes the bean counters think any publicity is a good thing but I have to tell you they're absolutely awful and so annoying. I turn my radio down or change the station altogether any time I hear them.

bunch of liars
I will never recommend this insurance company to anyone! Their services are dishonest - they do fake offers - they made $50 discount on our contract but in one month they increased monthly fee almost twice! beware and don't trust them, this is just a bunch of liars!

no discount after all
They promised to make a discount off of our insurance for $50.00, however, when we were about to pay, we saw that there was no discount. We asked why, and they said that things have changed and never even apologized.

worst insurance company ever
Progressive Insurance is the worst insurance ever! Do not use their services! From the start they represent themselves and this company seems reliable and qualitative but after you make a contract with them you can see their true nature. Actually their insurance is nothing because it unable to cover anything. They always trying to find and find reasons to keep your money. I will ever recommend this company to anyone!

no compensation
Someone hit my car while I was in the store. The insurance company did not find the person who did it and do not want to pay me my compensation money. This is not right! I will be filing a case.

not that good as it claims to be!
This is one of the worst insurance companies ever! It is not reliable at all and must be avoided - I wasted money on their insurance and later they ignored all my claims and never provided me their insurance services. Beware and don't waste your money with them!
