They suck!

PrinterPix suck! I have purchased one, and tried to make a calendar for X-mas, and I never was able to save the changes! I have spent like two days on it, didn't even turn off my computer and when the work was done – I was left as a sucker!
I tried contacting someone at the company, but their phone does not work! Scams! I want my money back!

AWFUL!!

I have done a photo calendar for years with Snaofish, but they have discontinued the particular style of calendar I have been producing. In searching for another vendor I came across Printpix - boy do I wish I had read these reviews first!

I had no difficulty using the website to design, order and pay for the calendars. However from there on things went down hill fast. I placed an order for 11 copies of the calendar on November 6. I paid for expedited delivery because I needed a few of the for a charity auction scheduled for December 6. After seeing no progress on their web site I began to e-mail and call customer service. The e-mails were never answered and it was November 28 when I finally was able to get through to a human on the phone. I was informed that the order had been damaged in the warehouse and "they didn't tell us". I re-order was placed and I was told the extra fee for the expedited production would be refunded. The new order showed up on the web site immediately, but never progressed in production. I again e-mailed with no answer and on December 5 spoke with another customer service rep who said she saw the expedited order and that she would alert her manager to be sure it was handled promptly. She also confirmed the refund of the extra fee and provided me with her "personal" e-mail address.

After again seeing no progress in the production on the web site I sent two e-mails to the rep I had spoken with. Neither were answered. On December 12 I spoke with a third rep who confirmed all of my previous interactions plus told me that they were having problems with the web site and "could not get real time data" on to the page that shows project progress. He informed me that my project was in the "third and final stage" of production and would be ready for shipment shortly. He also told me he would arrange for a "manager call back" within 24 hours. I'm not holding my breath!

I have arranged for a disputed charge to be filed through my credit card company and unless something changes dramatically will be filing a formal complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General on Monday. The paperwork is already completed and it just needs t go in the envelope.

Whatever your photoneeds, AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE

Love my prints

I recently ordered a collage of prints and the quality was fantastic - easy to order, took a little longer than expected but overall great service.

Slightly disappointed ..but overall good

I was disappointed at how long it took to receive my product, called customer service to track my order but they informed me it was lost in post. However after they send me a fee replacement I received it within 10 days. Was a satisfied customer at the end

Late delivery but satisfied with product

My product arrived one and a half month late (as opposed to the 21 days that was promised). However I am very pleased with the friendly customer service that I received and the great mug that showed up.
Will consider ordering from them again

CRAP

Purchased two photo "heart" picture key chains. The first was ordered on 11/24/14, intended as a Christmas present. A few days after giving it to my wife, the "heart" fell off the post which secured it to the key ring. Since it was a small ticket item I decided to order another rather than complain (BIG MISTAKE). A few days after receiving the replacement, the picture (which was glued to the heart fell off). How cheaply made. This time, I went to their website and complained. After several weeks, I received a response saying I had sent the complaint to the wrong place (UK). How? I used their website, not e-mail. It was suggested that I should contact their Florida office directly. Isn't anyone in their business office bright enough to forward a customer complaint? In the mean time I have continued to receive e-mails offering substantial discounts on their products. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING MORE FROM PRINTERPIX. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CRAP AND THEIR CUSTOMER is too.

The Worst!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased 10 vouchers on line through Amazon 6 months ago. My first book was ordered and was told that it would be completed and received by me in 7 business days. It took 4 weeks and my granddaughter's birthday came and went. The quality of the product is subpar at best. Ordered a book from Picaboo and it was awesome. Ordered my last four books a week ago and reviewed my order and it said I would be charged for my purchase. It was purchased on my vouchers so placed a call to customer service. Sat on hold for over two hours and my phone went dead. Call this morning at 8:00am eastern time when they said they would be open and no one picked up until nine. They said they would have to fix that voice mail for business hours. and they said I would not be charged. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Customer service sucks and quality is very poor. My granddaughter's book is falling apart and it is only two months old
