This company is a rip off!!!

I was also scammed in the Bahamas. Paid $2500 for 250 nights and only used it once.
You cant get in touch with them and they do not answer their phone. They are always sending me letters from a collection agency to collect maintenance fee for service they do not provide. Total crooks stay away from them.

This company is a rip off!!!

I cancelled my membership ( when it became apparent this was a scam) by sending a registered letter to Premier Holiday Travel at the address where annual dues were to be sent and never heard from them for 4 years, Just received a collection letter from Monteray Financial Services trying to collect the past dues. Monteray makes a living off Premier by buying it's original contracts and as a collection agent for fraudulent dues or fees levied by Premier Holiday Travel. They knowingly participate in this fraud for financial gain.
Contact the Better Business Bureau and register a complaint. They both need to be stopped. Get legal advise if harassment continues.

This company is a rip off!!!

We also fell to the scam of Premier Holiday Travel in the Bahamas many years ago. They said we would receive new catalogs of destinations to stay on vacation and never received it. We also recently receive a bill/fee from Monteray after many years. We are now getting the phone calls as they are trying to collect. I am not paying money for something when I never received what they promised or haven't heard from them in years. The number they leave on the machine is 877-875-0391.

This company is a rip off!!!

I was also scammed by this crew. I was in the Bahamas in 2004 and bought a packaged for $2000 . Tried to cancel and was told
that I couldn't. Lo and behold in December 2011 i got a collections letter from Monterey Financial for past due maintenance fees!
Then came the numerous phone calls. They even put a ding on my credit report. mai

This company is a rip off!!!

I was also scammed by Premier Holiday Travel. Monterey Financial has called me to and it sounds like she knows what is going on. She new they were hard to understand . We had a hard time getting on ther web site. We were suppose to get a new travel guide instead we got a special assessment fee $499 which we pay. GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN!!! We sent them letters that we were not happy and want to get out. How many more complaints do they need to get out? From Premier Holidy = Remember our mission is simple: To give you access to the best travel deals available. We are a full service travel agency, and never tack on any additional agency fees. Has anybody got out.

This company is a rip off!!!

OMG!!!

I also bought this (high pressured sale) scam in 2004 at the Wyndham Hotel, Cable Beach, Nassau, Bahamas. We were never able to use it because we could never reach anyone. But every December, we receive the "tax bill" on the "property" for $150.00. We have been paying it . . . no more!

Wow, I thought it was just me - not being able to get in touch with them after all these years - guess what? I recently went to the Bahamas and there they were, still high pressuring poor suckers into buying this scam.

What can we do? I want out!

Premier Holiday Travel Rip off

In 2004 we were pressured into buying a vacation package for $2700, and given a fancy hotel and dining book. EVERY hotel listed that we called had either never offered the price quoted in the book or did not participate w/ Premier Holiday Travel. When we realized it was a total scam, we stopped sending in the annual fee.

We had not received any mail or statement from them until 2010 when we received a call from a collection company for all past annual fees to the amount of $322.00! We told them that the company did not keep up with their agreement of providing hotel service @ a discounted price---not once were we able to stay at any hotel listed!!! There was no existing phone number on the contract we originally signed, so I wrote the company to their Florida address. I NEVER RECEIVED a response. When we refused to pay the $322.00, the collection service submitted a report and our "perfect" credit score dropped 200 points! We then were forced to pay the $322 fee in May of 2010 with the agreement that they would remove the collection report so our score would go back up. They did not.

This last week, another person from the same collection company called saying we owe $944.00 back fees from 2010! Obviously the fees have mysteriously and dramatically increased. He said that the only way to get out of the contract was to pay $1200 plus the back fee = $2144.00.

We are retired and on Social Security. We do not have money to hire a lawyer and sue. We are in the process of selling our house and moving closer to our children and grandchildren and do not want to have a poor credit score. We have no credit card or car debt, only our house mortgage. What can we do with this evil "Holiday Travel" rip off?

Premier Holiday Travel

My wife and I also fell for this scam travel club at a seminar at the Wyndam Cable Beach Resort in the Bahamas in 2004. We've been paying the annual fee of $150.00 since then just to maintain our good credit, and avoid being harassed by this Monterey Financial Collection Agency. This year for the 2015 annual fee, the name of the company that a check payment was to be made to was changed to Cancun Savon Tours. We sent the check for $150.00 and then received it back through the mail with a new reworded annual bill, stating that they are no longer able to cash checks from U.S. or Canada and payment must be made via credit card or Paypal. Has anyone else experienced this and is this a possible out, since it is apparently not the same company at least in name. Wondering if this might void the orginal scam contract? Please respond if you can shed any light, Thanks.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

My husband and I were also victims of this SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM DISABLED SO WE LIVE OFF ONE INCOME. These people are the worst of the worst. I have written proof they committed fraud, the credit agencies DO NOT seem to care. The collection agency is a joke. Even after seeing proof that the company was guilty of fraud they have continued to try to collect this so called debt. My best advice is RUN FOREST RUN, away from this company as fast and as far as you can. If anyone knows of a lawyer who would take us all on as a class action lawsuit, lets get together and show them we will not be victims anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am on a mission to put this company out of business so they can not do to anyone else what they have done to all of us. I have included my home phone number to prove how serious I am about this. surely if we band together we can stop this company and with any luck restore our credit scores and get restitution. IF YOU TAKE NOTHING ELSE AWAY FROM THIS POST PLEASE LET IT BE THIS, THEY ARE A SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, MY NAME IS CHRISTINE MY NUMBER 707-651-9752.

IF YOU WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND WANT TO BE A REAL PERSON NOT A SCAB AND HAVE THE GUTS TO CALL ME AND FIX YOUR COMPANIES WRONG DOING CALL ME. MAYBE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT AGAIN.

TO THE CEO, GO LOOK YOUR PARENTS IN THE EYE AND TELL THEM WHO YOU REALLY ARE, THEN LET THEM READ THIS. I PROMISE YOU THEY WILL NEVER HOLD THEIR HEAD UP IN PUBLIC AGAIN. THEY WILL BE ASHAMED TO HAVE PRODUCED SUCH A MONSTER.
