Blacks only 13% of population

Let's deal with some facts for a change. Let's stop all this bullshit P.C. crap. Fact: Blacks make up only 13% of the entire population of the U.S. But if you watch any TV at all you will see that Blacks make up far more than their population percentage in TV shows and the commercials there in. Why? Are there more Blacks employed than Whites, Asians and Latinos? Does the post office employ that many people? Do these major corporations spend millions and millions of dollars on their advertising budgets, just to reach 13% of the people in America? This is not a rhetorical question. I really don't have an answer. Maybe you guys can help me.
