they switch purchased item to different cheaper one
hi. i have a stressful case with prada losing my strap for a handbag and instead giving me the wrong strap. i was curious, were u able to resolve your case? have to called the corporate office ?

Look for a company listing in the BBB website to check out the company. You may be able to get a phone number. I tried it for you, but could not find a company called sun glasses in LA. You need the real name and phone number.

I recently complained to Prada about 2 perfume sprays which had stopped working although the bottles were over 2/3rd's full.
Their customer service (e-mail) was superb and without any problems they have replaced both bottles with larger sizes and also sent an extra bottle aswell.
Excellent service!!!

Perfume spray
T o whom this may concern,
The spray button on my prada purfume is not working ,i have just over half a bottle .
I decided to come to this site as i had no idea what else to do .

deleted three small amber bottle sets
Dear sir or madam,i purchased a set containing of 3 small bottles of amber perfume from Debenhams in Liverpool which you put inside a keyring dispenser but when i went to purchase another set i was told that Prada had discontinued this item so buying this item has been a total waste of money.I am very disappointed in Prada.

Discontinued item
Dear sir or madam,
I sent an email to your complaints dept on the 19th november and haven't received a reply as yet, the complaint was about 3 small bottles of amber perfume which are replaced into a keyring but unfortunately when i went to purchase some more they are now discontinued! I am so very disappointed in Prada,

Prada sprayer is not working
My husband had bought me a bottle of Prada for Christmas last year--The sprayer has stopped working--The bottle is almost full--
Would love to wear it but can't--We are retired military and my husband purchased it for me at the BX--We went out there but there was nothing they could do.
