broken wallet

I have a samething happened to me, I'm still waiting for their reply from hong kong lab. Im so disappointed to prada I wound not considere to buy this band anymore. By the way, I think they should give us a new one .

Customer service

Totally agree, the soho store has very bad customer service, especially the associate named Anastasia and her store manager, HORRIBLE!!! If you want to buy a Prada, go for Saks, Bloomingdale's and Berdorf, they have much better services.

Totally agree! I had bad experience with Prada, too. The soho store has very bad customer service, especially the associate named Anastasia and her store manager, HORRIBLE!!! If you want to buy a Prada, go for Saks, Bloomingdale's and Berdorf, they have much better services.

prada wallet

one year before ıbought a prada wallet and card holder.from ıstanbul ıstınyepark store.. ın 9 monts wallet's edget ıs ripped..and the store resıst to take back that wallet sayıng that ı had to fınd out the warranty whereas us whıle they were selling me the wallet they havent mentıoned the ımportance of that warranty card.. nevermınd I fınally found that warrantey card and that tıme they say they have to sent the wallet to ıtaly and ıt takes mınumum 2 months to call me back.. Iam so regret that ı bought prada, I wıll never buy agaın any prada product because the staff ıs not helpful they are vry rude and theır products are not long lastıng and theır aftersale service is horrible ın turkey...

My name is Elena Raspopova and my family and I have been loyal customers of Prada for many years. The reason that I am writing this letter to you is to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment for the behavior of an employee of yours towards me.
More specifically and during one of my recent visits in Cannes on the 28th of June 2013, I bought one of Prada’s new handbag model that was on display in the store’s window. Unfortunately, after 4 days and when I came back to Greece I unpacked the handbag only to realize and see that it had several spots on it that were more than visible.
My immediate reaction the next day was to take the handbag to the boutique of Prada in the Centre of Athens where I tried to explain to the manager of the bags department the situation. I showed her the handbag and expressed to her my deep disappointment, since I have great belief in the quality of Prada products. What I asked her more specifically was what were my options in this case. Her reaction was intense and her specific words were “anyway I will try my best, but since the handbag was not bought from my store, I cannot promise you anything for sure.” Such an answer for me, besides being unprofessional it was also extremely rude. It made me feel like I was asking for a favor (having in my mind the current economic crisis employee behavior towards loyal customers should be even more helpful and more careful).The end result of my visit to the store was that I left without having received a clear answer to my problem.
Through this letter I would like to express to you my feelings, to inform you for the incident, and to urge you to take into consideration the behavior and attitude of the specific manager as well as i will be very happy to know if Prada , being very large and world known brand will be able to GIVE me finally answer on this problem and more better - help me out to solve that problem with recent purchase of the goods from Prada.

I bought a bag from prada scottsdale fashion square... 2 days later, one of the shoulder straps handle got torn from the bag!! I took the bag to them and instead of replacing it, like nordstorm or bloomingdales would do, they took it for repair! 8 weeks later!!!! I got the bag back... and now 4 days after I received it ... same torn happened in the same place!! I dont know where to complain now... this is sooooo unacceptable!

As the prada famous branded handbag not even a week the calf leather skin got out from the bottom cover! My god. You guys make me felt tat is not worth to buy ur brand any more and since all this complaint is no one reply and answering.

Infusion D'Iris

After a sales associate at a very respected department store sprayed some of this (or what I believed it was this) on my wrist, I wore it for about an hour, and loved it. I returned to the store and purchased Infusion D'Iris EDP. I don't know what they sold me, but it doesn't smell the same and, what is worse, seems to be very diluted. You can barely smell it on me right after I use it, and shortly thereafter, there is ZERO trace of any scent whatsoever. I've read that other folks have had the same problem. This was a big purchase for me. As a former perfume aficionado, I haven't been able to buy any perfume for over a decade. Now I'm out a lot of money and have a useless bottle of water. What is the world is up with this fragrance? What is Prada's response to all the complaints? First time I've strayed from the french perfumes. I won't stray again.
