Pool blow out at the seam

We have have a 16 x 52 Summer Escape pool and really enjoyed it with the kids. We thankfully went away on the weekend. While we were gone, the liner at the seam blew out (hole of about 4-5 feet). It tossed over 2 of the 10 lb concrete footings out of the ground, the sand and the screening are gone in that section and ground is significantly eroded. I am thankful the kids were not in the pool as the undertow with that volume of water could have had dire results. No leaking, no indication that there was an issue. I am attaching a picture and you can see the solar cover coming through - scary and unbelievable.
