scammers!!!!

I bought a pool table from them for $900 and a leg buckled straight away. I tried to contact them and was put on a really long hold, almost an hour long. They asked me to send a copy of my receipt and I did just that. Never heard from them ever again! Beware!!

Don't replace products

I have bought a Pro series pool for $1000. After I filled it up with water, a leg broke. I called the shop and they put me on hold for almost an hour! When I finally was able to speak with someone, they sent me a copy of the receipt, which I immediately sent in. I’ve been waiting for a replacement for 3 weeks now. Now I don’t know what to do with a broken pool, and I have spent a lot of money on it. It is impossible to contact them too.

no honour for own company rules

This company doesn't honour their own terms and conditions. They send me damaged item and never send me a refund for it. I will never deal with them again! This is the worst experience I ever had!

Takes too long to help their customers

I have bought a pool for this company. Everything was ok for 1.5 months. Then the filter stopped working. I had a warranty, so I called the customer support. I had to call them several times and I was put on hold for 45-60 minutes. When I finally got a hold of someone, they told me to send them the copy of the check, and my information. One week passed and they did not reply. I called again, waited for another hour for someone to answer. And they told me they would send me a replacement in a month! A whole month! Summer will end by that time!

avoid this scam

I purchased some sporting goods from them which never arrived. I asked them for a refund many times but nothing happened. This company might be a scam! Avoid at all costs!

do not buy from this company

Last Christmas I have purchased a pool for the summer. I did not test it at once, but when I did, it turned out that there was a whole in it, and it was impossible to use the pool. I have contacted the customer support, but they told me they are not able to help. What a terrible company!

lousy customer service

I bought a 7' Christmas tree last year from WalMart. This year it started blowing out bulbs. We leave it on 24x7, so wasn't terribly surprised.

So I attempted to reach Polygroup to order more bulbs and like so many others, got put on an interminable hold. There's no order form for parts on the website and no email anywhere to contact them, so you're stuck with having to wait until you're too fed up to wait any longer.

I'm tempted to just pull off the lights on the tree and put on quality LED ones.

PolyGroup

We purchased a Summer Escape pool original pump lasted less than a year. Ordered a new pump from them it worked for about a month called like several people on the phone for over an hour. They agreed that it was still under warrenty but did not have the pump in stock.Waited almost 3 months to get the replacement that was September of last year closed the pool for the winter, went to reopen it for the summer 2 weeks ago and the pump does not work. Called them again and was told that the warrenty is no longer valid and the warrenty goes back to the original purchase of the pump so there fore when the replacement pump was sent it was never under a warrenty. So we spent amost $170 for a pump we really never got to use.

Polytree

Bought a Polygroup frosted Christmas tree a few weeks ago just put it up today.It had so much of the frost everywhere i couldn't breath my eyes were burning my throat was burning i was itching all over, know where was there a warning a caution about the snow on the tree nothing.KNOW WHERE IS THERE A SAFETY INSTRUCTION about what in the snow that was sprayed on the tree. I WANT ANSWERS.
