I agree they get their women on Russianlovematch.com which is owned by the same company!!! Yet they tell you it is two different companies all together even though they work out of the same building and even on the same floor with the head manager working on both sites!!!

I am a representative from Planet Love Match and hope to clear up some of the items to raise in your complaint. Planet Love Match aims to be a social dating site where our immersive communication tools help connections happen more naturally and organically.
Re: Profile Copying – It is true that we have a sister company that runs a Russian-focused dating site (which is still in business and not shut down). In an effort to test one of the 2, 500 niche options we planned on offering on Planet Love Match, we reached out them to let us test market this vertical. We didn’t buy or steal these. We just made it easy for any of the women on those other dating sites to be able to participate in Planet Love Match if they wanted to. Many users of Russian dating sites complain about inequality on those sites, so we wanted to try and ally some of their concerns on a truly equal site where they have options. Since then (this complaint was written at the height of this test), we have removed many of the profiles that weren’t used and continue to do so. Our focus isn’t in the Russian dating niche, but domestic (US) dating. We just haven’t rolled out our aggressive Marketing campaign yet.
Re: Scammer Filtration – If a member reports a possible scammer to us, we will investigate and remove them from our site.
Re: Ethnic Diversity – As I mentioned above, we test-marketed to the Russian dating niche, which is one of 2, 500 niche options we will be targeting. When this complaint was written, yes, the majority of active profiles were not very diverse. Since then, we have expanded that base and will continue to do so as we grow.
I would like to note that we have made email and chat free on Planet Love Match to get members more involved and make connections happen faster. We are committed to providing the best online dating experience possible in the safest environment. We appreciate any constructive feedback and will do our best to keep enhancing your experience.
