Horrible customer service
I have to agree...customer service is terrible! The owner in London is a miserable man who doesnt care to back up warranties after he has cash in hand or paper worked signed! I am shocked thy are still open, however most people I know have heard of their poor service and see and shop at the many other pool companies available in London!!

Poor product/poor customer service
I as well have to agree with the poor customer service and poor products! I am truly not the only one who thinks that! I too had a huge issue with my pool. The side split open after 2 months (yes 2 MONTHS!!!) and guess what?? The owner would not honour warranty! I couldn't believe it! I was told by many neighbours NOT to buy there,......live and learn I guess. Splash works in London however did a wonderful job on our new one!
