unlawful charges?
My daughter has had her cell phone for a number of years, and we have never had an unrecognizable charge. This month, for the first time, we found a $4.99 subscription charge + data download fees - a total of about $30.89. After my daughter assured and reassured me that she's done nothing different than she's ever done, and that she has not ordered anything off the "Get it Now" downloads, I called verizon to have the charge traced. Verizon was extremely nice and very helpful, and I was informed that the charge was from Pictavision, something which, after speaking again with my daughter, she has never heard of. Verizon very willingly put in a request to reverse the charges, and has blocked premium subscriptions from my phone. It was out of shear curiosity that I googled "Pictavision" and immediately found these similar complaints. We absolutely did not request this service, and I'm very glad now that I researched the charge immediately.

unlawful charges?
I have 4 phones under my account with unlimted txt and 2gig of data on the line that had pictavision on there. It shows I have had pictavision since Jan, 2011. The rep gave me 10$ credit towards my billed and agreed to make my family txt 20$ instead of 30$. I am still down 60$ from paying for pictavision for 1year.
I will be cancelling my ATT service as soon as my contract is up.
