Total scam

Went to the Cincinnati Zoo last night and had my kids pictures taken with Santa, my daughters very first time. I paid for the $60.00 package only because it was the only one that included an e-mailed copy of the photo's. I did not get an e-mail, and there is no where in the help to tell you how to do it!! Will never do it again!!!
