No respect
Did you get out of your car and ask for service? or did you just sit outside expecting the world to revolve around you?

incompetent and rude managers
i needed my oil changed and didnt have the time or a place to do it at the time, so i went to Pioneer Quick Lube in Bryan, Ohio. they did the work and charged me what i thought to be an outrageous amount. and when i went to change the oil again, i split two sockets and busted a ratchet trying to get the oil plug out. then, using a wrench, i tried again and ended up rounding the head of the plug.
i went back to Pioneer Quick Lube and told the manager about what had happened. he had me bring the car back in to look at, after telling me that this often happens. now ive been a mechanic for many years and have done hundreds of oil changes on many different cars and have never had a plug this tight after changing it the first time, as there is no reason for the plug to be that tight.
anyway, he had me bring in the car to see what i was talking about. after he got the plug loose, he told me i must be using crappy
Auto Zone tools and then continued to insult me until i left. and as i was leaving, he continued to insult me to the other kid that was working there.
i was a little more than irritated with the rudeness of the "manager" of this place and of the service i recieved both times i came to them for help.
i will never again return to this place or any other of your facilities of this nature. and i will be sure to let everyone i know and everyone whos vehicle i work on, NOT to use your services and let them know exactly why i feel this way. and then i will make sure to have them tell everyone they know, not to go there.
i am EXTREMELY disapointed. i have used your products for many many years and have recommended them to others. no more! i will never again trust your facilities or use your products if this is what i can expect from your company.
Sincerely, Kyle R. Hulbert, 337 S. Locust St., Edgerton, Ohio, 43517. [email protected]
