Non-stop warranty never got going!
I built my house and specified Peachtree windows and doors because of the warranty. Over the years I ordered and received several sashes under this warranty but now in 2012 I have been informed by Peachtree that the sashes are no longer manufactured and that the balances I need were sold to another company. The company also said that balances were a wear item and not covered anyway and that I could purchase them if needed. I have asked Peachtree to refund the original purchase price as stated in the warranty as an option instead of providing replacement parts. As of 2/28/2012 I have not received anything that I need or an answer as to how they can null and void a lifetime warranty . I do not know if it will help but we all need to notify the federal trade commission or any govt. agency that can help all the homeowners with their defective and shoddy products. NonStop Warranty Worthless
Same issues - multiple problems with my windows and Peachtree refuses to honor their warranty. Was there a class action suit?

48"x60" fixed casement window
We purchased all peachtree windows when we built our house in 1991. We have received 2 panels for our sliding doors in the past but now have this window that has gone bad and has moisture in it. Will eventually not be able to see out of it. We also expected to have our warranty honored if a problem which was the reason for buying from Home Depot in Nashville. We have been given long distance numbers to call and have tried them all at our expense and can not get anyone to answer as saying a non working number.
I feel there should be a compensation for all the money spent to get what we felt and was told the best available windows on the market. Hmmmmm seems we have been snookered and at our age cant afford to replace at our cost.
If possible to get something would certainly appreciate or better yet have it replaced.
Thank you.
