moneywaste for no help
This company actually does no help for the PC. I had problems with my computer so i call them and claimed for a help. To receive an advice I had to pay, so I did it and their advice didn't help me at all. They refused me to refund money so I had to look for a help in another place. Don't waste your money with them!

can't fix problem
Promised to fix and gaurented I woul not have this problem again, but they couldn't fix it. And they couldent access my PC after altering and changeing my programs. They carged me 363.94 for one year and when I complained they told me that it was a hardware problem. Theywere not ale to fix hardware problems, only software. They wanted 200.00 dollares for the work they did and made the problem worst .I fixed the problem myself and I am going to my bank to stop payment. They are incompent and liars, it was a software problem!

Driver Whiz PC Help Site
When I went to Driver Whiz to upload printer drivers for two printers, they drove me to PCHelp. The tech then said there were more errors that he could fix, but that would take 45 minutes and $125 more. This support and the driver service are a waste of money and time.

Thanks to the Pchelpstation firm
Hi, I’m Robin Derek and my abode is in Singapore. I run an advertising agency called The Appearance. My office is full of PC and its operators. In fact I never had a bad day with any system; however one day after a client meeting my personal computer started facing some problem. It was late in the afternoon and I had no idea whom to call. Suddenly I called up Alex my hardware engineer, but he seems to be busy with some work. I was at my wits end, when suddenly I found the online phone number of PC Help station. The phone number was in my diary when the firm had called me earlier for its various remote services. I hadn’t availed any of their service then, but now I connected to their web site and simultaneously called up to their chief hardware engineer. He was pretty supportive and he suggested me appropriate solution to my computer problem. He configured my hardware drivers as well as fixed up my windows 7’s problem remotely. I was more than happy.
After two months I availed their yearly service for my whole firm’s PC network and paid them their remuneration. Remotely they trouble shoot all PC setbacks like removal of viruses, total PC optimization, a thorough system check and many other procedures to speed up my company PC’s and to make them work properly. For the last six months all my systems run smoothly and leaving me in peace. I had seen many people complaining about the firm’s services but my firm and I’m pretty contend with its way of work.

Almost got me, but no thx
I have a brand new computer and only had used it a couple of times when I got a pop up to help protect my computer and files. So naturally I clicked on it because I am not sure if my new computer was protected. Once it required my credit card for payment I changed my mind but it was too late. My computer was not the same. I started receiving all kinds of different pop ups all the time. So I eventually called the phone number it offered for help or technical assistance and yes, this guy went thru my computer by remote as I watched him remove some 300 viruses that just suddenly came on my computer. He then stated I owed him $360 for one year of services and protection. I didn't and declined his persistence in claiming the services because I strongly felt it was the system optimizer that planted the viruses in the first place. I almost gave them the money. Just before I did, I decided to do a little homework and saw these really bad reviews. Thx
