Don't use this company, I want my money back!

Avoid this business. Their support is awful, I called them and paid $89 and now my computer doesn't even start! Don't use this company, I want my money back!

I paid them $90 and my PC doesn't even start now.

These guys are unprofessional. I paid them $90 and my PC doesn't even start now. I called to ask a refund but never got it!

PC eSupport

PC eSupport claims they will not charge the $89.99 if the problem is not fixed. My credit card was charged immediately and the technician did not solve my virus problem. I called back again and another technician took over my computer and supposedly solved the probelm but the exact same problem existed after the second technician worked on it. I do not think they know what they are doing! They tied up my computer for 4 days with no results.I have contacted my credit card company to start a dispute.

THE TRUTH ABOUT PCeSupport

I don't think that PCeSupport would ever do that. I have used their service a couple of times and at the onset of the call, they always explain how their process works. So it is definitely obvious that customers are given the options to have the service or not. Maybe you people do know the difference of a pending account on your bank statement and a billable charge. We as customers, are just providing them permissions to authorize our cards and then bill us after they have resolved our issues. it is indeed absurd of you all to say that the technicians charged you right away? that doesn't make sense because details are provided by the technicians and terms and conditions before the troubleshooting starts can also be found on their website. If they don't know what they are doing and then why is it that they have very good and loyal customers? Read the terms and conditions and if you don't agree then don't have them help you with your issues--that simple. Give this company a break. They have helped a lot of people and their services are excellent. Their technicians always verify their fixes before they let go of their customers just to make sure everything is working. I can prove this because I have experienced these from them.

let us expound our minds about these things and think a thousand times before giving comments. Read articles about viruses infections and how they work and can damage our computers. Remember that it is us-customers who are asking help from to them to fix our computer problems-it is US who call them first and not them.
