Paul Noroian from Worcester, MA

Paul Noroian, who claims to be a psychiatrist in Worcester and Westborough, and a 'assistant professor' at UMass is an Armenian scoundrel. He frauds Medicaid and prescriptions, and has only one pathetic publication ( review article) during his entire lifetime. How can this Armenian crook be an 'assistant professor' he hasn't been published? Stay away from this criminal trouble.
