sell bars with no licence and no business

I can confirm everything said here is 100% true, we bought a bar from these very nice people, the bar we bought which came with a licence in fact had no licence, no architects report, sanidad had not been near the place and to cop it all we paid 10 times what we should have paid as if we had contacted the agent who was dealing with the rental all we would have paid would have been 3 months rental, this is a very common practice, if you see se aquillier in the window, take phone number and run like hell, beware beware beware!!!
