Joe Botros Jr.8246 told me that I would be interest free for 12 months, after which my payments would begin to include interest.

Is the accrued interest noted in the signed contract?

WARRANTY-is not true...service is so POOOOR!..They lie about the service that you will get a brand new machine if machine break,

What you were told is the truth. Our warranties clearly state that if an appliance cannot be repaired, it will be replaced. I cannot determine if your appliance is truly unrepairable as I do not have your information. Be assured,

Always read the terms and conditions, especially if it sounds like it is a "good deal". Often times these "no interest for one year" deals will do this to you. You need to pay off the balance before that year is up to avoid the interest altogether.

It sounds like it was one year no interest. If you haven't paid off your purchase in one year, you get charged all the back interest from the previous year.

That's the way all "no interest" credit cards work. Maybe credit cards just aren't for you.

It's pretty much common knowledge that when a credit card offers an interest free period, they will retroactively charge you that interest if you don't pay it off in time.

Yeah, Best Buy is famous for their excellent customer service. LMAO!

Keep going back to Best Buy and you'll be back here filing a complaint on them in no time.

I bought a TV from Joe Botros Jr. 8246. There was a promotion for 0% interest for 12 months.

I would stay away from their insane interest rates. As you can see from Nicole's computer sounding response GE doesn't honestly care about your business as well. Happy I have never dealt with both of these companies. I never will after reading the many posts tonight.

The salesman Joe Botros Jr. 8246 and appliance manager Pat both agreed that that would be fine.

PC Richards & Sons do not read this site. If you are trying to call out specific employees, try calling their customer service number. You can stop creating accounts just to post a complaint about Joe Botros.
