Five weeks and no service
I strongly agree with the complaint of no service. I had a car accident in August 2011 and its now December 2011 and still the claim has not been complete. Thank fully i had a third party claim but will never consider taking up an insurance policy with Outsurance. People pay on time every month but when you have an accident and require assistance there is waiting period for everything so you end up waiting months with pathetic service. No call backs, its up to you to constantly phone and check if your claim is processed and should the panel beater strip you vehicle and find something damaged by the accident you will have to go through the whole process again. What a waste of time, money and energy spent after paying your monthly premiums.

Cancellation of policy is an absolute nightmare
I WON'T TO CANCEL REASON HIGH PREMIUM THAN AA INSURANCE ITS BETTER WITH 40%
