Bad Service
Call and speak to the manager and then give corporate your feedback. I got to tell you though, at my steak place it takes 40 minutes to cook my steak, longer than that for my gf's, because she likes hers well done. Mistakes happen brother, let them know and giive them a chance to fix it.

I WAS THE IN-HOUSE ENTERTAINER. I TOOK ONE LOOK AT YOU AND YOUR WIFE AND SAW THAT YOU DID NOT BELONG AS YOU WERE DRESSED MUCH LIKE A PAIR OF STREET BUMS (NO, YOU ARE NOT SECOND CLASS CITIZENS, YOU ARE BELOW THAT). I CHANGED YOUR ORDER TO A TO-GO ORDER TO GET YOU OUT OF THE RESTAURANT SINCE YOU SMELLED LIKE A PILE OF FLY-RIDDEN DUNG. ALSO, AS AN IN-HOUSE ENTERTAINER, I GET PAID FROM THE GENEROUS TIPS FROM MY CUSTOMERS AND YOU, LOOKING LIKE THE STREET BUMS YOU ARE, WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN ME A DIME AND THAT IS WHY I DID NOT STOP AT YOUR TABLE, OTHER THAN THE SMELL THAT IS.

This happened on Saturday and you wrote a letter, and you are pointing out that you have not heard back from corporate yet. Corporate had the weekend off.
Maybe the card trick guy missed your table and that is why he didn't get there? Does it have to be a race thing?

My wife and I would like to thank you for you for reaching out and responding to our first email where we had issues with service several weeks ago. We since received a gift certificate from the manager of our local Outback and we visited the restaurant December 26th. Our experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. The food was good and service was top notch. We also got the cookies sent from your corporate office. Thank you. We sincerely mean it. We will be coming back! Thank you again.

Do you realize in the US there are only about 50 cases of Trichinosis per year? I realize it was a pandemic back in the twenties, but humans are the end of the cycle for this type of parasite. Pork, like beef, is safe to eat at a minimum of 145 degrees, medium rare. And if the meat has been frozen to under zero degrees and kept there for 20 days, it can safely be eaten lower than that! As far as anything under "well done" with beef and pork, seafood, it can be done, but at your own risk. I am sure you are a well done filet mignon type of guy huh? Could I get you some A1, 57, or ketchup with that?
