flip pans
One of the handles on each of the two pans I bought broke and the material will not work with epoxy so I will have to use metal somehow. . I like the idea but it's lousy material.

Your product sucks
My Mom wanted a set of these for the longest time. So my girlfriend and I got her a set for Christmas at walmart. We did everything that was instructed. And the food still stuck. The worse part of it was she stopped cooking me bacon and eggs for breakfast because the eggs always stuck and broke. We finally went down to our local second hand store and found a good used set of cast iron. Now we're cooking.

Scam
My husband bought two of these pans for me. THEY ARE THE WORST PANS I HAVE EVER OWNED! Since day 1 everything I cooked stuck to the bottom. Even after I seasoned them time and time again, the same happened! They now just sit there staring at me and missing my frustrating look when I used them (two times) I wish I could get my money back and could sent them both their pans so that they can display these on their Wall of Shame.

upkeep
I have had my sauté pan for a couple of years and it was all it was advertised to be, UNTIL the last time I used it. The hash browns I fried in it came out fine, but now I notice I cannot seem to get it clean. The round printed cardboard taped to the inside of the pan upon its arrival does not give any hints for cleaning, and I must have misplaced the directions enclosed for preparing the pan initially. I think I will try the same directions I use for other non-stick pans; a cup of water with 1T vinegar and 1T chlorine bleach, boiled in the pan for about 10 minutes. I did not have the SCAM problems others reported--I bought mine from one of the little catalogs that come in the mail. I order from them a few times a year, and with 4 or 5 items I get free shipping. I am totally satisfied with this plan, and I don't have to deal with online, late shipments, etc.

Food STICKS! Won't honor warranty
I have posted the following to every consumer review site I can identify:
"I have 3 orgreenic pans 2 years old, very little use because they just don't work as advertised. Everything sticks to them even after they've been 'seasoned'. I KNOW how to season a pan because I cook frequently with cast iron skillets. Pans have to be vigorously hand scrubbed even after going through dishwasher heavy duty cycle.
Warranty is explicit that defective pans will be repaired or replaced for lifetime of original owner.
1st customer service rep said the company only had 10" and 12" pans in stock.
2nd customer service rep says they don't make them anymore, have none in stock and offers depreciated refund of $22.78 vs replacement as warrantied! And I'd have to return them at my expense to get that $22.78!!! i paid nearly $60 for them . Totally unsatisfactory!
Supervisor has not called me back as promised.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!"
