Did not receive full cookwear
We have not received our full order which was a big set of cookwear. We paid $170.00 in total, and only received a few things from the set. They do not give us any answers to our questions. Not the date, nor are we going to receive a refund, if not the rest of the cookwear.

false advertisement
They tell you buy one set and get the other free. False because you have to pay shipping and Handling for both sets which wasn't too bad but when everything is shipped in one box minus the one set of pans which was supposed to be free and they charged you $129.85 to ship from Illinois to new jersey it's just too much for shipping. It was shipped with fed ex. ground. I looked up shipping charge for the box which weighed 35 lbs. it should have cost $27.74. I would not have mined if it was even $50 but to charge such an outrageous price of $129.85 is ridiculous and then to only get one set of the pans is false advertising. The induction cooktop was $99.99 buy one get one free plus S/H. I wanted to return it because I was not satisfied with shipping charge. My Total bill for 2 cooktops and one set of fry pans was $229.84. The cooktops were two for $99.99. The shipping was $129.84 when I inquired about returning because I was not satisfied they said I would only get back $99.99. I paid more for the shipping then the whole set was worth and didn't even get the second set of pans which were free. This company is out to ripe off the consumer with outrages shipping charges.
