Hot cord and cracked buttons
About a month into owning a pic the buttons cracked not all of them but 2 of them and after about 2 years later the cord is getting hot, even on a low heat. The company told me the life of one of these should be 10 years, lol sorry but maybe 2 years.
I didn't use it all that much. I got no replacement. I did love it, great for teaching your grandkids to cook.
