Do not buy their products
I agree with the above whole heartly, when I rang to cancel I was told they were trying to debit £75 from my account and would continue to do so until I paid up! They would not give me their address to send these pills and patches back. A total scam, unfortunately I was foolish to fall for it. I have rang trading standards for advice, but don't know if I will be still charged and again in a months time.

taking money from my account
I opted to trial some nutrscience products. I have tried on several occasions to phone them but get cut off. There is no email address to contact them on and they are taking money from my account. I understand the details of cancelling but I couldn't get hold of them. It is a big con and I want my money back. I have the tablets and will return them once I can have an email or telephone number that is accessible.

They are total charlatans - whoever heard of a website whose T & C box auto-completes? and we are busy reporting them to the BBC. Hopefully, they will give them the publicity they deserve.....

Do not buy their products
I did manage to get my refund. The other point to note is that the blurb says it can take 3-14 days for the tablets to work. Needless to say they had no effect and by waiting for 14 days you automatically find yourself facing the first charge.

i recieved the nutra slim last wk & have tried to send them back but have no return address & also emailed ect so far i have only had to postage & packing taking from my account but am very worried that they will take the rest
has anyone got anymore advice plz x

Nutra health company should be exposed and reported to watchdog
I accidently pumbed into the nutra science and procleance free trial advert and decided to give it a go as it only required the payment of £2.49 each for postage and packaging.
I stupidly and blindly went for it only to later read comments of other people stating how money has been taking from their accounts even after they returned the products and canclled their subsciption.
Even before I received the product,I immediately sent an email to the nutrascience team asking to ensure theu only take the money for P&P as I have no intention of keeping the goods when I receive them.
I was told I will need to request for a RAM code to return the product within 21days but that I will get charged for the full product and then have the money refunded. I have shared numerous emails with the team and they have been trying to offer me 50% off.
I could not believe this, I received the product yesterday18th of April 2012 and I intend to put it in the post tomorrow 20th April after which I will cancel my card details.
I have opened the product as I was told that you will not be charged if you send at least half the product back.
I find it really upsetting that this people decive us by saying its free trial but it really isnt

Taking Payment Without Permission
I asked for a sample, not for an ongoing course of tablets, yet Nutrascience took money from my account for a product continuation that I did not order. Joseph McKeraghan.

I purchased a free trial from the company and paid £2.49 for each product to cover postage and packing. It was not made clear that future payments of £75 and £37.50 would be taken from the credit card I had used to purchase the free trial. On looking this company up on the internet I see from others that they have also been conned like myself and consider this to be a complete scam. This needs full investigation as they are conning and misleading people with their so called free trial products.

I have just checked my bank account and there is a payment for £4.95 pending which to my surprise is nutrascience, I only enqiured yesterday and they would not accept my payment for a free trial (or so I thought) because it was not a credit card, I have contacted my bank but they cannot stop the pending payment! I have sent several e-mails to nutrascience having read all the comments about them but its just an automated reply. I am very worried about this

Taking money out of my account at £122 x2 in 1 month
I like everryone else paid P&P for a free trial, then noticed £75 and £39 taken ouit of my account, tried to phone them alll day, phon message jsut went dead! contacted my bank and cancelled my debit cardas lost, they have now taken anothe £122 in total just 2 weeks later! my bank RBS say they cannot stop them as my card ( although though now reported stolen) still guarantees them payment1!I have now got the Bank fraud team involved, but not holding out much hope, the only option I think is to close your bank account change banks and and tell the bank in writing why you are doing it and you will not be responsible for any bank charges against you account. I cannot believe with all these complaints nothing can be done to this company, it is fraud and obtaining money by false pretences does any one know actually what do trading standards do?? Best thing is draw all your money out of the bank keep it in box under your bed! get a violent dog to protect it!

send for the free trial and paid postage and packing i cancelled but the next day they took £75 from my bank account which i couldnt afford im on job seekers and only get £138 a fortnight 2 live on so now with the £75 plus bank charge of £30 i dont no how im going 2 survive £33 for a fortnight.

after replying to a trial offer money has been taking out of my taking out account to the sum of £112 rang them warned them with the press etc go right ahead the young lady warned me. when is any action going to be taken who is going to stop this rip .
My bank has had to make this payment but will stop any others

I wish i had read all of this before i ordered!!!!!just haven opened it now sent a lot of e-mails to find out how to return of course automated reply.......what a scam who know,s what this will end up costing me have reported card as lost but worried that it will still pay them!!!!just want to send this product back but how???????something needs to be done....

my wife ordered a free trial from nutrascience. she took two bottles of their products thinking she will pay only the shipping cost. She never read the terms and conditions that once the 14 day trial is done you will be automatically entered in their auto home delivery program and the cost of the product will be €42.50 each. the other one even cost €85.00 and if you will not cancel that will be debited in your account every month. This is a total rip off. Hope someone will do something about this. Warning to everyone who will stumble on Nutrascience website, before ordering the free trial read the terms and conditions first, or else you will be charge for the products that does not even work.

TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT TRUST!! THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT WORK
I was scammed by their offer about new weight loss product. I paid for it up to $75 and they offered me to refund my money if I will be not satisfied. They didn't return me my money even after I send this product back and I also paid for shipping! Buyer, beware and stay away from them!

This company took over €600 from my account. I had cancelled the products on the automated system and had it confirmed my account was closed. However they only cancelled the cheaper product and continued to send and take the money for the more expensive product. Today I got through to a service representative who just shouted at me and basically told me I had not cancelled. He put me through to an escalation team (most senior person there) and she did the same shouted same approach you did not cancel properly - but I know I did. The people there are abusive and do not care at all about the customer. A total scam from start to finish. I am sending back the last product but they would not let me send the other two eventhough they are unopened. This is total fraud and KEEP AWAY DO NOT ORDER ON ANY FREE TRIAL GIMMICK

I purchased thee free trial a couple of days later 15/4/2013 thee two payments of 2.49 went out of my account as of today's date notheing as been received on 30the April two more payments one of 75.00 and one for 37.50 have been taken, having spent two days now trying to sort it by email because nobody is available in any otheer way thee Morans keep email because l didn't cancel thee 14 day free trial how thee hell can l do theat if l haven't had anytheing well theey got thee wrong one here I have sent a formal complaint to thee Isle of Man fair trading and thee UK and in thee meantime I will issue a county court summons for all thee fraudulent payments theey have taken togetheer withe my costs if two days somebody needs to stand up to theese scammers and for thee sake of a £25 court cost l feel it's worthe it
