POLICE MISCONDUCT/POLICE NEGLECT/DISHONESTY AND FALSELY ARRESTED

Recently I too was faced with misconduct and fabricated reports, generated by Norwalk Sheriffs Departments so called finest, Officer Jimenez and Officer Murillo. After a night of confusion and disregard for my civil rights and a total of 21 days in L.A. and O.C. Jails, I will make a formal complaint against these officers and there Department.
My experience in dealing with these brutes who's initial duty is to, "Protect and serve" My opinion is that I was wrongfully arrested, when my Mac Book Pro was stolen from my possession, I went to retrieve my property and I faced a gunman outside the defendants home and was hand cuffed after a confrontation and a fight ensued with the thieves who had robbed me to begin with. As the sheriffs arrive, the situation goes black, about an hour later I awoke in Norwalk Ca general hospital with much confusion, anger and not even the slightest of clue to why I was handcuffed to a wheel chair. A breathalyzer a as well as a Blood Alcohol Test was never administrated to determine if I was under the influence of and alcohol and the best answer I received from the Officers Murillo/ Jimenez to why I was there was "Felony residential Burglary" While I was unconscious and an aware of my Miranda Rights I was questioned, for a confession of guilt, which is an outrage and total disregard of my civil liberties stated in and by the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights. Officer Murillo me all Phone calls for a period of 4 hours and even went to the extent to refuse my grandparents right to see me and give proper medical advice as I gave right of attorney to them due to my allergic reactions to medications and also confusion from a concussion administered by there force and misconduct... the arresting Officer which Mrs. Jimenez never spoke to my grandparents but Officer Murillo stated "James had ripped out stitches administered by doctors." This statement is in fact fabricated by Officer Murillo, when the facts show that I was handcuffed behind my back and in no way would be able to accomplish that action. While I was being held before booking I was Placed in a general room with regular patients and was refused the right to use a bathroom in which I was forced to Urinate in my pants as a result of there misconduct, this was very Embarrassing and a cruel joke Officer Murillo found humor in. He belittled my character after I pleaded with him to use a restroom for quite some time, never acknoweleged the fact I had Civil Liberties.
I had refused medical treatment due to confusion and for fear I would be administered a medications I am deathly allergic to. During arraignment my cases where reduced from 1 count Residential burglary which carried 4 year sentence along with a strike on my record to assault and battery along with 3 counts of vandalism...Wasn't I the victim, who was robbed then held at gun point and held against my will?
...Yes but with today's aggressive D.E.A.'s I was persuaded into a plea bargain with a reduction on sentencing.
Which 1 program being A.A. second being Anger Management.
One second when did it ever be the case I was under any Consumption of alcohol Even though I am 23 years of age, Wait these charges were fabricated.
I am very outraged and disappointed in the so called justice system, the innocent still are getting taking advantage of, while the true criminals are being set out on the streets we live in and call, "Home".
