Don't Do Business with Nonstop Delivery

I purchased a 65inch TV through another company on 11/21/16. The vendor of the TV uses NSD for the delivery service for freight orders. NSD received the order on 11/29/16 it is now 12/20/16 and I still do not have my TV. I've been given the run around by this company. The latest is the TV arrived at the last terminal so my delivery can be scheduled and when I called I was told there was a mistake in the information on their website when checking the status of my order and the TV has not arrived. What's confusing to me is each order has a unique identifier called a tracking number so how could my package be scanned by a scanner stating it's at a specific location but when you call you are told it's not there. How can you lose a 65 inch TV? So now it's 5 days before Christmas and I still don't have my TV I ordered a month ago but I'm being told by the phone agent he can ASSURE me it's not lost or stolen. How is that possible when you don't even know where the TV is located. What's also frustrating with this company is they don't return your phone calls but you can get an IMMEDIATE response if you use Yelp.

I would not recommend this company as a delivery service because of the POOR communication and because they lost or stole my TV.

Update as of 12/20/2016 the COWARDS at this company updated the status when I check by the tracking number to stat "delivery exception occurred please email us at customercare@nonstopdelivery.com" and when I called they say my 65 inch TV was lost in transit. How is that possible when they picked the item up from the vendor. THEY STOLE MY TV AND WANT ME TO CONTACT THE COMPANY I PURCHASED THE TV FROM.

Should be called Been-Stopped-For-A-While Delivery

As a family of soon-to-be 6, we shop online often from multiple websites and companies. I have never had this kind of (terrible) experience with any kind of company. We ordered an entry door from Home Depot, as we have redone the flooring in our house and concluded water is leaking under the door. The simplest solution, or what we thought would be, was to replace the front door. I was a little taken back the first time we were lied to and now, we have been lied to multiple times, by multiple people, including a “supervisor”.

We have been told it had a new delivery date (because it was 11 days late), it takes 24-48 hours to update. Really? 2 days to update anything is absurd. This was the first clue.

We have been told there is problem at the terminal and they are way behind (yet they don’t work weekends or holidays). How far behind can you be then?

We were told it is out for delivery to the last mile service and that will take 1-3 days to update (again multiple days to update a website) and the update has never happened--it still has the original date currently.

We were told, it’s not to the “last mile” delivery service so they can’t set an appointment for delivery yet and even though its two hours away and weighs 400 lbs. we cannot pick it up ourselves.

We speak to a “supervisor” who can literally tell you absolutely nothing about when it will be here or even where it is. Uses lots of what we deem “shipping catch phrases” to confuse you. Not sure how that’s possible with computerized inventory.

We were told it's not lost, they just don't know which truck it's on. So, you don't know where it is? I'm pretty sure that's what lost means.

We have involved home depot multiple times…. they call the same 800 number we do and must wait in line (just like we do) to speak to the same lying reps (just like we do). Hilarious for a Home depot rep to come back on the phone line and say “we have 3 other people in front of us, shouldn’t be much longer” How does Home depot not have a direct line to speak to someone in charge?

Home Depot has been accommodating. Providing compensation, and refunding shipping...but I still don't have the door! I was willing to pay what I paid, I just want the door already! I can't finish my flooring until I replace it.

In addition, there is nothing custom about our order it shipped 6 days after we ordered it. It has been sitting 2 hours from our house for almost three weeks, without any updates! We are well over a month from when we placed the order. We are paying credit card interest on a door we have yet to receive. We have received emails from Home depot to review a door we don’t have, give feedback on a door we don’t have.

Today, the tracking number is unavailable at Home Depot's website and when I enter it direct on NSD's tracking feature, it shows no such order. Customer service said their website is down. But other reviews show that this is a bad sign...

We will NEVER order anything from Home Depot again as this has completely soured our thoughts on Home Depot. They should be ashamed for using this company and the way they treat customers. As far as ordering anything large online, we will first check to see who the company uses as a shipper and will order elsewhere if the answer is NSD.

BUYER BEWARE: NSD is a company full of liars and not-very-nice reps. You might not EVER receive what you are waiting for.

horrible

DUMPED MY ITEM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVE WAY IN THE DRIZZLE/RAIN after yesterday getting my wonderful automated message that my item will be delivered up close to the door and out of the weather.. As I type this I'm on the phone getting it straighten out! The Garage DOOR was closed when the idiot dumped the HEAVY Purchase in the drive way.. Not even close to the STEPS...

AND they Cut the corner coming out of my drive way...
