purse handle
I purchased a purse guess 6 to 8 weeks ago and the handle on my bag is falling apart Is there a guarantee to your products I'm disappointed how do I return for a replacement.at least don't ask for my Id number I don't have it. don't you have other ways to find out records Like name and address.

This company didn't make a refund for the goods I returned. I called them several times and all what I received was just fake promises. Be careful dealing with them!

I made a big order from this company and never received it. I claimed for a refund several times but they simply ignored me so I had no chance to contact the, Later I found many negative reviews about them in the Internet so I will never recommend this company to anyone. They have to be shut down!

These guys are a scam, never buy anything from Nomorerack.com. I ordered a pair of boots from them for $26. It's been half of the month now and the order haven't been shipped yet! These guys are refusing to refund any money. There are a lot of negative reviews about them on-line as well, stay away from these guys!

won't send me my order
My order was suppose to be shipped in the beginning on November. I paid $30.00 for new Ugg boots. It has been a month now, and I still did not receive my order. I have contacted the seller, and he told me that they have not shipped anything yet. However, they also do not wish to return me the money, and keep saying that I should wait a while longer! That is not acceptable!

Was not a good deal!
I thought I was getting a good deal and a good discount, However, when I received the order it was nothing like described on their website! It was a cheap replica of what I wanted!
They won’t return the money! I am desperate! How can I make them pay back??

receive damaged item, no refund
Don't buy from this company! I purchased a new years present for my kid and I received damaged item. When I send it back they never replied to me and of course I never received an exchange or a refund. Just a waste of money!

Don't order from this website, it is a pure scam! I purchased several items from the as a Christmas presents and I never rceived my order. No communication or any support service. Beware and better stay away from them!!

falka tracking number
After completing the order we did not receive any information, except for the fake tracking number which does not show anything. How do we contact the seller because they have not answered any of our questions yet?!

Returned items - nothing was refunded!
I fell victim to this scammy company, too. Hoping to use the items I ordered as Christmas gifts, I ordered about $1,000. I kept some of the tems (which were incredibly sub-standard) and returned almost $700 worth of stuff. I returned the items via trackable means and have confirmation that they received the packages. I have e-mailed them 20 times asking about a refund and each time I get a canned return e-mail saying the refund takes about 3-5 days and that customer satisfaction is our main goal, yada yada, blah blah.
I am definitely going to pursue this. I can't afford to throw $700 in the trash. I have definitely learned my lesson. I'm surprised that they haven't been closed down already.
My stomach hurts . . .

They sent me the wrong size sheets, I ordered king and they sent queen
The company sent me queen sheets and I asked for king. When I call the number on my credit card bill for nomorerack, it is not in service!!!!! I guess I got sheets I can't use.

Beware of this company! I purchased some kitchen equipment from them and they never send it to me! They took my money immediately and it shows that my order is in progress more than two months at the moment! No any help or communication from them! This company is a scam, beware and better avoid it!

total fraud!
I was charged by this company for the order I never received! I even haven't receive any invoice so at the moment I can't even complaint and apply for a refund. This company is unreliable and has many negative reviews! Beware and better don't buy from them!

I was scammed by this company with their false advertisements. I purchased several kitchen equipment under their discount but they overcharged me everything in a full price. This is really dishonest and against customers and the worst thing is that I couldn't get a refund.

NOMORERACK RIPPED ME OFF
I ordered two tablet computers from Nomorerack.com, along with some other items. It took forever to ship and I was very concerned considering they took they money from my credit card three weeks before I received them, but I finally did. I ordered one seven inch tablet for my daughter and a ten inch for my son who is older. I received them about a week and a half before Christmas. I wrapped the gifts for my children and placed them under the tree... I worked hard to buy these gifts for my children and they were SO very excited when they woke up and unwrapped them. My daughter immediately wanted to open hers and try to start using it. Plugged it in to charge after reading the instructions and the tablet does not work. AT ALL. The light doesnt even come on to show its charging. After charging it for the appropriate amount of time, I tried to turn it on, NOTHING. She was so upset, I contacted NMR and informed them that they sent me a dead tablet. "SORRY we have a seven day return policy" "nothing we can do" I went back to the site that I ordered my items from and NOTHING is listed showing such a policy. HOW CROOKED. taking money from honest hard working people. My daughter is very upset about her gift being nothing more than a chunk of trash....Im going to the better business bureau....this is not fair, not right, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

This is a total scam! I purchased a new camera from them two months ago and I haven't received anything until now! They just took my money, send me fake invoice number and that's it! Beware and better don't buy from them otherwise you will waste your money!

I received my pair of UGGS from this company, and they were great piece of s**t. I contacted the company to get a refund, they did not offer me any kind of solution to the problem.
I’m stuck with these boots and don’t have my money!

I will probably not get my money back
Everything here spells scam scam scam after the terrible experience I had today with their customer service. Now my money and my credit may very well be at risk. My advice is to stay away from this fly by night company. Don't get scammed like I did. This has been a nightmare for me and may as well be for you.27598
