Let me tell you this was not a good first experience with this company
Well stated my friend! I've been dealing with Newegg for many years, but I also believe that their business practices and representatives both need considerable improvement/training before they will continue to kept my business. Failing expectations in their business practices will certainly hurt them in this global recession.

Sounds like someone didn't read the fine print. At any rate, your best option is always to exhaust every option WITH THE MERCHANT before slandering their name online.

Most warranties are for manufacturer defects. Acts of God are INSURANCE. You can not watch porn, get a virus that eats your hard drive, then expect them to pay to replace it.

I am in same problem with them, how did you resolve this. I purchased a new Acer Laptop with plan when I had problem they told to send it to Acer. Now when it comes back it still does not work, I don't know what to do with this broken laptop

stole from me $300
I purchase a new processor for $300. My purchase never arrived and I can' get my money back - this company just ignores all my calls and messages. Pure scam!

Pure scam
Purchased an item from their store and they took my money immediately but I never received my purchase! I contacted them and they said that maybe the item was lost, but they would send me another one, but I didn't received another one as well. Tried to contact them again but they never replied on my call and messages. Pure scam, beware!

This company is a fraud! They don't honor their own offers and discounts! I bought a camera from them with a discount but they charged me full price without any notice and refused to refund money or to cancel my order. hey just scam people with their fake offers, beware and don't trust them!

no honor for own warranty
This computer dealer is unreliable and fraudulent, beware and better avoid any business with them! I bought a computer from them and it had several problems. I tried to exchange it under the warranty but it appeared that these people simply don't honor own rules, promises and warranty.
