stay away from this company!

be careful dealing with Network Solutions (www.networksolutions.com) - I purchased a domain for my new website from them and suddenly my website stopped working and was banned. I paid the for one year in advance and I contacted them about that problem. My claim was ignored and problem was never fixed. I contacted them many times but each time I was unable to receive any adequate reply from them. Its seems that I just wasted my money for nothing.
