Bad service
I bought a sim card and a $50 unlimited card. I installed it in my iPhone 3 and it works fine. One week after I had it, I go to use my phone and it says no service. I had to wait till I get home to call tech support. I lost about $400.00 in business. I called tech support and they said I wasn't in their system. I said that was amazing since I been using their service for a week know. After about an hour of screwing around and answering the same questions over and over again they finally got back on line with their service. That was one week ago. While I am typing this I am on the phone with tech support again because after using my phone all day I went to make a call and gee no f-ing service. They don't show me in their system. They have to port my number again. I want to speak to an American that actually might have a clue as to what the hell is going on. Fat chance of that.

Net10 does not have a iPhone and their service WILL NOT WORK on a Non NET10 phone

Beware and stay away!
This phone company must be avoided! I purchased a cell phone from them and received damaged item. I send it back and claimed for a refund but received just no response. This company looks like a scam!

avoid at al costs!
This is the worst company ever! I purchased two new cellphones from them and I received both items damages. tried to contact them about an exchange but I was ignored. When I finally managed to contact their customer support service I received just a rude and abusive reply on all my questions and complaints. I will nevhttp://www.reviewstalk.com/new_complaint/#er recommend this company to anyone! Beware and be careful!

Silver square contact item
The square silver contact has fallen off. I found it in my grandson's hand. He is 3, and potential of stalling it was high had I did not see him holding it. This needs to be a concern for you for possible fatal accident. This is my 2nd problem with this phone, and am not happy. My biggest concern is for children and I have called it to your attention for the possible stalling of this item.
