Theft

My name is Eddie Brown, my phone number is 312-282-0042, my phone serial number is 268435460908572202. On 8/14/2012, your company went into my bank account WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION and STOLE $53.19. I NEVER GAVE MY APPROVAL AT ANYTIME FOR YOU TO DO SO. Every since I've had this service (4/2012), I've always paid my bill online and I've NEVER ELECTED TO HAVE ANY OF MY PAYMENT TAKEN OUT ON AN AUTOMATIC BASES!!!!! This action could have negatively impacted my. I don't want to hear that this was a mistake, this was THEFT. I am going to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office about this THEFT. You DO NOT have the right to remove monies from my account when you want too. I may or may not want to pay my bill when it's due, that's my right.

I registered this complaint by phone, and was told that I would recieve an email informing me that I would be removed from any auto bill pay status, which I never signed up for in the first place. NEVER GOT THAT EMAIL!!!!

I WANT TO MAKE THIS CLEAR; I HAVE NEVER, AND WILL NEVER SIGN UP FOR "AUTO PAY". AND IF THAT'S NOT CLEAR ENOUGH, LET THIS COMPLAINT SERVICE AS NOTICE TO YOU....I DO NOT WANT NET10, TRACKFONE OR ANY OTHER COMPANIES THAT REPRESENT YOU TO EVER EVER TAKE, REMOVE, OR IN THIS CASE STEAL MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no good customer service ripped off

there is april ,the only english person at net10, lying over and over,so this complaint will go no where.talked to customer service today they resolved nothing.offered nothing ,but you can buy another phone from us at a higher price and maybe it will work in your service area. stupid me for believing about the first phone i ask would it work in the areas which i will be in,maybe i didn"t understand the spanish meaning it works all over the map but on sprint towers we have sucking service but we robbed you man and there is nothing you can do and no one to talk to about this.i hope your company goes broke all to do with any trac phone companies too.

Net10 Never Works

Your phones don't work and your emails
don't work.How are still in business? Every time I reactivate my phone
it takes an Act Of Congress to get it to work! I paid $30 for a card
from CVS in Pebble Beach and had to call you to get it activated. It
still did not work, my wife could not call me on the number you provided
and I could not call out, "NO NETWORK AVAILABLE"

You turned my service off and then back on when my bill was paid. when you turned phone back on I could not get on internet

Net10 you turned my phone off even though my bill was paid. When you turned my phone back on I could not get on the internet. Called you back tried for 2 hour to get the internet working again. Was told that internet provider was down that I would have to wait till morning and cycle phone off then on. I hung up the phone and my husbands net10 phone was able to get on the internet. Today I cycled my phone and internet access still would not work. I talked to 4 different people today typed in the same info for every person and internet still would not function. I was told the ONLY thing I could do was to do is a total factory reset. Factory reset includes deleting all phone numbers, messages and photos. Guess what it didn't work. After 5 hours of typing the same information into phone for each person, time after time still no internet access. Finally someone called me and told me to delete two parameters and add APN proxy number. WOW I have internet again. I am now left with having to hand enter all contact information again. I have lost all my Grandchildren photos, all messages. NEVER KNOWING IF YOU NET10 WILL DO THIS TO ME AGAIN.
