Extremely unhelpful customer service
"when i was told by few that there was a hold and i would not incur a lapse on my policy"
Whatever you think you were told is trumped by the documented policy you agreed to.

pure fraud
This company has problems with their own warranty, I purchased a 7 years extended warranty and when on 5th year I needed their services they said that they are unable to provide them according to their new terms and conditions. So in 5 years they changed our contract details without any notice and my agreement which is no honest and is against customer rights. after that I will never recommend their services to anyone!
