POOR SERVICE STONE WALLING
LAS VEGAS NACA OFFICE IS THE WORST RUN NON PROFIT I HAVE COME ACROSS IN 26 YEARS OF REAL ESTATE. MY CLIENTS HAVE PROVIDED THE "SAME DOCUMENTATION' OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I AM NOT TAKING ABOUT BANK STATEMENTS, UTITLITIES, I'M TALKING ABOUT W2, BK, DIVORCE, 4 DIFFERENT TIMES...APPARENTLY WHEN YOU FAX OVER YOUR PAPERWORK IT SITS IN A FILE WAITING TO BE REVIEWED HOWEVER THEY ONLY REVIEW IT WHEN ON THE PHONE WITH YOU.. THE FAX COVER SHEET DOES NOT SHOW WHAT IS FAXED SO THEY CANNOT SEE WHAT YOU SENT AND WOULD HAVE TO OPEN EVERY FAX YOU SENT. SO YOU END UP WAITING A MONTH FOR YOUR NEXT CALL APPT. TO BE TOLD THEY NEED THE SAME THING AND AROUND AND AROUND IT GOES! THERE IS NO COMPLAINT AREA ON THE NACA WEBSITE FOR YOU TO CALL... MY CLIENT JUST GOT PUT IN THE PURCHASE CLASS. SO WE ARE ALMOST DONE. I WENT THRU THIS WHOLE PROCESS WITH THEM SO THAT I WOULD UNDERSTAND NACA'S PROCESS. TO BETTER SERVE MY CLIENTS...IT IS SAD WHO WOULD PUT THEIR CLIENT THROUGH THIS!!! IT IS HOWEVER A GOOD DEAL FOR THE CLIENT IF THEY CAN PUT UP WITH THE UNPROFESSIONAL ATOMSPHERE. IF YOU LOOK AT HOW MANY PEOPLE COME TO THE CLASS HOW POORLY THE PROCESS IS EXPLAIN YOU CAN UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS NOT WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE IN LAS VEGAS AS THE # 1 HARDEST HIT TOWN!!!! THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE IN THIS TOWN THIS PROGRAM COULD HELP...
