their free trial is a scam
I ordered a free trial from them where you pay only for postage ($4.50) but they charged me $92 even before the product arrived!! Besides, the pills were totally ineffective, I actually gained weight instead of loosing.

Cellan Free Trial Scam
I ordered on March 23 a free trial from Cellan where you pay only for postage $5.06 (US$4.95).
After, I received a promotional e-mail from Dr. Michele Noonan, supposedly the Head Scientist at Cellan, which I didn't read as I had not received and started the free trial.
In May, I noticed that they had charged me $91.61 (US$89.52) on April 12 on my MasterCard, even before I tried their product and before a second bottle arrived by mail, which I didn’t order directly.
I replied by e-mail to Dr. Michele Noonan on May 17 to tell her that I did not accept the second bottle (and I resent it soon after by mail to North York in Ontario) and to cancel any further shipment: I am still awaiting an answer from her on June 2!!!
Meanwhile, I contacted MasterCard (on June 1) to get advice and I learned that the gimmick with those free trials was that they send you automatically more products if you do not cancel after a certain deadline: this is written in their “Terms & Conditions” but they hope you do not read them (or forget to cancel) as there are pages of details! Who has the time to read this?
So it is a scam even if the product might be efficient, which is not proven yet... and I will never order again free trials by Internet if you need to give a credit card number. BEWARE!

free trial
This is a total scam, I had to close my bank account as two amounts of over $90 were debited from my account without my permission.. I will be taking this to the authorities.

mycellan.com
Purchased what I was led to believe was a one-off free trial only to find that later I had amounts totalling in excess of £150 taken from my bank account. I am currently trying to resolve this but they say it will take 30 days. This is a deliberately misleading piece of advertising and as such should be taken up by the Office of Fair Trading in the UK. This is tantamount to a scam & the perpetrators should be investigated & subjected to prosecution. Do not purchase anything from these people.
