Maps not sent
I have been a subscriber to their chart service for.. gosh.. 4 years or more.. Never a problem, emails answered quickly (though I don't need to email them often). I also have an eFlyBook, my screen broke and sent it to them for repair.. It cost $400 and took a few months but that is because the repair center for the manufacturer is in Germany. The mfg does not cover broken screens so if you refused to pay, sure they are not going to fix it for you.. Why call them a thief? its not their fault YOU broke your screen now is it?
