poor quality, high price and no customer support
Beware! their pillows are poor quality and this company actually not what it claims to be! They sells very expensive high quality pillows, but the quality is too poor. My pillow doesn't fit and I found that I am allergic on it, and what I received was absolutely different from what I ordered. I claimed for a refund, nothing happened. Seems like they don't have customer support service!

Lousy customer,service dept
They've called me numerous times this week, unsolicited, woke me up this morning. Their number is not toll-free and it cost me money each time I called to complain about their harassment. Supervisor yesterday and today was rude, and they still haven't taken me off their solicitation list despite my never having asked for a call. Told them this morning I've reported them to Do Not Call for illegal solicitation, and they hung up on me repeatedly in the last two days. Online complaints include poor service, holding refunds hostage, poor quality, lumpy pillow, short longevity, long shipping times, bad smells making some people ill. Be aware the filling material offgasses toxic fumes... That's science. Be aware also they infer the product miraculously cures poor sleep when, in fact, it could be due to sleep apnea, morbid obesity, diabetes, other sleep disorders and medical conditions that need a physician's care... Also science. On another note, be aware that this guy wears a prominent cross to emotionally manipulate his customers to make a sale, and the company has lots of complaints about poor quality and bad service. Note that those personal testimonies they broadcast are hand-picked by the company and are skewed in their favor, and are not statistically significant or scientifically valid: they are only anecdotal. I saw not a single comment complementing the company on a quick refund or apology when a customer complains. BUYER BEWARE! Better to buy another pillow from a local store where returns are fast, easy and courteous, and the brand is of reliably good quality. I've had enough from these rude jerks, I am madder than a wet hen, and decided to let people know.
