Hereditary knee issues

I do noT have any emails about this. Who did you email? Who are you? It is amazing and shocking how anyone can just post anything they wish on complaint forums. Nothing is validated. I have no idea if this person is a real customer or not. If he is then who in the world did he email . I can, t help there are copycat breeders out there using my title. If you are real then email me and I would have been there to advise you and been there for you if you wanted to send the dog back for another or some kind of resolution.

Hereditary knee issues

Gary and Emma, I have a telephone and I have email. I never heard from you. I do remember you and you were so happy with your puppy. I remember an email of how happy youbatenwith him. I never got an email about his knee. I am so sorry to hear he. Has a lux. I am also sorry that you tried to contact me and I did not get back to you . I do not check phone messages. Ask my family as I get scolded all the time. So looks like my failure on the phone has come back to bite me. I really liked both of you and thought we hit it off well. I am there for you and always have beEn. Either your emails went to spam or you emailed a lookalike that is online with similar email address? Call me at my cell and tell me all about it. I have never heard of a lux in your puppy. I do know that Toyville Sailor from champion lines has produced a few puppies with luxe .we bought him form a show breeder and have removed him and his line from our breeding dogs. But that line is prevalent with many other breeders BEFORE we ever bought into the line.THe few lux from that show line is very few, counted on one hand in a dozen years, but we still removed the line.Email me please. Or call my cell as I do notl well aswwering my home phone. I hate phones. am an email person

Emma, I do not have your email address so it is up to you to contact me. You should contact the complaints board to have this report removed as this is a simple case of MY NOT RECEIVING YOUR CALLS OR EMAILS. Also lux can happen once in a blue moon and does not mean the breeder is bad. I think you are more upset that it appeared we were ignoring you due to our not contacting you, BUT HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU IF i DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON NOR HAVE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS? I would like to speak to your Vet also. Contact me at [email protected]

Hereditary knee issues

We are very happy with Rudy. We are NOT happy with his GENETIC knee problems. You wouldn't be either!! I did not call you. I emailed directly to YOUR site. They did not go to spam. They went to you and you chose to ignore them until you realized I'd gone to the complaints board. Now you are all EARS. Cody and Daisy are Rudy's parents. Either one or both parents have this defect. The groove the patella rests in was not deep enough to securely seat the patella. Rudy's left rear knee has been repaired. The vet said wait on the right knee. We want nothing from you just acknowledgement that you received my 2 emails so this unfortunate genetic defect doesn't happen to any other pups or their owners.

Hereditary knee issues

Why are you still posting on this board? I have been emailing you several times yesterday. You should remove your post. I NEVER GOT THE EMAILS. SIMPLE AS THAT. In would never ignore a customer even if they had demands, and you said your email was a FYI so why in the world would I ignore it.WHO IN THE WORL STILL THINKS EMAIL CONTACTS ON A WEBSITE ALWAYS WORK. YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME? there is no such thing as lux free lines. OI bought champions and have the best show lines in the world? So contact Osito, toy valley, Toyville, Marquez, Opags, and all the show breeders who bred the FIFTY Champions in the lines.ALL of our dogs are heavy champion lines, so you can find lux even in the best of lines? ALSO IT LOOKS LIKE THE DOG WAS FIFTEEN MONTHS OLD AT THE TIME THE LUX SHOWED UP? It is probably not even genetic when a dog over a year gets lux in the knees.
You should remove this, post as ANY AND ALL Breeders Will show a lux in a puppy once in a bUe moon. IF YOU HAD CALLED ME I WOULD HAVE SUPPORTED YOU ? but you ASSUMNED I was ignoring you because you saw me selling puppies and ASSUMNED those people emailed me from my website. THEY DID NOT BECAUSE THE WEBISTE EMAIL FAILED AND I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT IT FOR MONTHS people called me to let me know.ONLY SUBMIT FORM IS THE WAY OF CONTACT ON THE Website now. It works. Don't blame me because you ASSUMNED things. YOUNSHOULD HAVE CALLED ME. Tou should remove your post and we should continue to email and work out our relationship. You must accept that email failed and you should have called and stop punishing me

Hi Deb!
Hope all is well :) I know I keep sending u pics of Mia but its that I'm sooo happy and proud to have such a beautiful and loving puppy and I can't stop being grateful for such a wonderful little bundle of joy! I still can't believe how friendly and socialized she is everyone just loves her! And to those that say little dogs can't be trained... Not true she is soo smart and at almost 7 months, she is extremely well behaved and has learned many commands, but is still her funny happy outgoing self :) I know it's your puppies, how u breed them and take care of them that make these amazing little ones!
Yesterday was my birthday and Mia was the princess of the night, below is a pic of her in her fab outfit next to the cake so u can see how tiny she turned at 2.5 pounds. The tutu dress was bigger than her hahaha :)
Won't take up more of your time
Of course it's ok :) also if any customer wants a direct reference feel free to let them contact me. Just let me know ahead of time so I know they are referred by u :)
Take care,
Ximena

Hi Debra,
Sorry to write a second time but I just had to let you know how beautifully Charlie is doing. He sleeps all night in his pen, snuggled and warm, not a peep from him. Unbelievable for his first night in his new environment. He is already running and using the pee pad every time, we are in shock watching him do so perfect. He is calm and quite the cuddler when he is ready to sleep. We are so in love with him. I just wanted to again thank you for what an amazing job you do caring for these pups. It is very obvious how much he was loved before he got to us. To have him come into our home and from day one feel like he has been a member of our family for years is just incredible and is due to the fact of the care and love he received from you. Thank you for giving us such a healthy and beautiful puppy. We honestly couldn't be happier with him.
Thought you would also like to know when I clicked on your website to get your email address your video started to play and when Charlie heard your voice he jumped up, he tilted his head with his ears up. Played it a second time to see if he really recognized your voice and sure enough he stopped playing and again he came right to my computer. :)
All our best, Kate and family

Hi Deb!
Hope all is well! I wanted to share a compliment I received about Mia. She is getting basic puppy training and today the trainer asked me where she came from and continued to say she had never seen such a well socialized puppy. She was amazed that she pees on command on her pee pad and of course I have to thank u for starting her potty training as a baby, she got the hang of it very quickly! She is very friendly and sweet with people and has been like this since the first day she came home :) you take great care of your puppies and I would definitely recommend u to anyone who wants a lil Chihuahua! And to top it off She is soo beautiful!!!
Thank you for giving me such a little precious baby!

Hi Debra,
It's Dawniel (aug 2010). I just wanted to check in and tell you THANK YOU again for my beautiful baby. He is still doing excellent and is more than I could have ever hoped for. You are very good at what you do and I am thankful! If you ever have a long hair female that is available, let me know. Carter is fixed so no worries there, I just want to someday get a sister for him and you are all I trust-

Hi Debra!

Just wanted to let you know Bitsy (now Mia) made it here safe and sound. I absolutely adore her and the guys at Continental cargo were sad to give her up! She's had something to eat and some fresh water and is now playing and exploring everywhere! Thank you for such a great new best friend!
I have an appointment with the vet on Friday morning and just wanted to confirm that in terms of vaccinations, she's had 2 sets of the Four-way to date and nothing else. She'll be due for her 3rd and final set of four-way in 3-4 weeks correct?
Thanks!

We are having quite a good time together. I can't get over how this baby prances on her hind legs!!! She is absolutely adorable!! Thanks for sending me this bundle of joy and love! Will send more pics when I can get her sit still long enough...lol

Hope you are feeling better!!

Hi Debra,

Chris and I just wanted to update you on Rikki Tikki's sister (now named Buttercup) and Sweet Pea (now named Bailey). Buttercup, I know we were worried that she was going to have difficulty adjusting. However, she has shown just quite the opposite. She is just as aggressive as Bailey when it comes to eating and she makes sure she gets her fill. She's no longer timid, waking us up at 4 a.m. to play! The two constantly play with each other and look guilty when they're "caught." Their current bed is a huge sleeping bag, with toys (and pee pads) all around. On the first and second days, Buttercup and Bailey did not dare to tread past the limits of the sleeping bag. Last night, they grew the courage to explore outside of the sleeping bag so we decided to put some barriers up. Consequently, we awoke to the two trying to dig past the "great wall of China." Overall, the puppies are doing very well. They are scheduled for their vet visit today, where they will have a fecal exam and their 4 way shots. I have no doubts that the vet will find them to be healthy puppies!

We love spending time with them, and we are so happy that they feel the same. Our favorite is when we tell them to come here and they come forwards, then backwards, forwards then backwards. It is the cutest thing! They are very competitive for mommy and daddy's affection.

Thank you Debra for such a wonderful experience. You have blessed us with two beautiful puppies and we cannot be more thankful. You are so passionate in what you do, and you are such a kind spirit. Please continue to keep in touch and feel free to contact me anytime!

Sincere regards,
Cecille

subject Re: You have done something so special for me.
Dear Deb,
We brought him home and fed him first thing and he gobbled up his freshpet select chicken you had me get for him and his goats milk. Then we took turns holding him and talking to him and walking him around the home and you could tell he was really looking at his new environment but he was extremely content being held. Gizmo kept giving us kissers. He is absolutely gorgeous, so incredibly affectionate and sweet, his tail never stops wagging, he is abundantly happy and he even immediately used his litter box both upstairs and downstairs when put into each containment area. You have done a superlative job in all the care it took to raise him Debra. He truly is a gift from God to me and God is utilizing you to put those gifts into other peoples lives and homes and establish them into their hearts. Thank-you for all you have done for little Gizmo and all the little ones you very carefully care for, rewarding and embellishing the lives of so many others with these little treasures. I also want to thank you for so promptly answering my e-mails along the way in regards to wanting advice, concerns and information etcYou have really made a friend in me Debra and I just wish I could do for you, what you have done for me. Your friend, Shiloh

I just thought you may like this photo as a size comparative of one of your babies compared to others sold when he was a tad over 4 ½ months of age curled up in the hand of my husband, and he is not a large man. Too, I wanted you to know how extremely impressed my oldest daughter was a few days ago when I took Minnow and his puppy litter box with me to her home for his first meeting with her. As soon as I put both he and his tiny ferret corner litter box onto the floor, he jumped into it to use it. She immediately said, “Look, he is using his litter box! He is really using his litter box!" The next day she called me and said she really thought he was a great dog and talked again about how impressed she was with him. She told me that to her, he really does not seem like a DOG (she has an indoor cat) but that he is really more like some kind of a lovable critter of some kind. She really, really liked him. To tell you how smart he is, he repeatedly will drag his puppy bed to where he is too short to reach something I don't want him chewing on and he will then use it as a foot stool to be able to stand up higher (on two legs) to reach it. And when I take tissue to quickly reach down to clean out his puppy box, he dashes in literally like a little torpedo to grab the tissue away and then jubilantly runs with it, delighted with his capture because he once drug his bed over to be able to reach the tissue when we were at church one time and had fun dispersing it all over the floor and now knows that the only way he can have it again is to quickly grab it out of my hand and run with it. So now it is a game for him as to who is going to be faster. We also play hide the toy game and he will pretend he is looking elsewhere and not watching where I am hiding it but is straining his eye balls only and not his head to watch me out of the corner of his eyes to see where I am putting it. The first time we put the microwavable heater in his bed, I hid it under all his covers and as soon as I put him in it, he tore all the covers away to see what the heat source looked like that was new in his bed. Before it arrived though, we had to use a ski heating source that is a little smaller than your hand and it was knotted into a sock and put into his bed. As soon as we turned out the light we heard it being tossed overboard out of his bed with a thunk but the microwavable one is far to heavy for him to toss out of his bed. He has learned what quite a few words mean too and responds appropriately.
Your friend...Shiloh

subject Re: Jasmine's Vet Visit
Hi Debra,
Yes she is smaller than I had realized but I am very happy with her! I just want to make sure I am getting everything right as far as her feeding and care goes. My vet did give her a 4-way puppy shot but I made sure to tell him not to give her lepto. In fact, he told me he didn't want her to have it because of being a toy breed. He also told me we should wait on giving her rabies as well. I liked that he already felt that way about some of the shots and that I didn't have to try and "convince" him to wait. I am sure I will continue to have questions for a while because I have never raised a puppy this small before, but I am willing to learn! She really is wonderful and I am delighted with her. My Mom loves her too. She is over here right now at my house holding her :)
Thanks Again,
Elizabeth

Hi Debra, Foxy has completed her shots and has adapted extremely well to her new home and family. She is also exceptionally smart and learns new things very quick...FYI- She is being used in a movie shoot Friday in a restaurant I own here at the beach. I did want to thank you for the professional, yet personable attention you provided for this whole experience. I have bought several dogs in my 66 years but this experience as well as the quality of this dog speaks volumes for your breeding and your general concern for animals.
Thank you,

Hello Debra
It seems it has been a little while since I gave you some news. I hope you are doing well. Nella is doing great. She is a happy little girl, always wagging her tail, loves everybody( me a little bit more ! -Michael is jealous ! ). Dahlia plays the mom, often licking her. It is very cute when they sleep side by side . She weighs 1.96 lbs now, do you think she could grow to be more than 2 1/2 lbs?. Usually, I get my females spayed at 6 months but Nella being so small, I was wondering if I should wait a little bit longer. Can you tell me approximately when your females get their first heat cycle?
I will take some pictures saturday and send them to you. Have a wonderful labor day week end.
My best to you and your family. Corinne

He hasn't had any accidents in the house either. He's very clever he catches on quickly Anyways I'd like to et some pics to you.
He is so smart he catches onto everything very quickly. He loves his playpen and his blankies he actually will go over to it and jump at the sides to be put into it. I am really going to try to get these pics to you. And I'm gonna try to tape him with his food. Tonight he was going all around the house collecting his hidden food.He eats until he is full then hides the rest. Today he has not stopped he is the 90 mile an hour puppy he tucks his little but under and just runs an runs. I can't believe how happy he is. He ha a stuffed rabbit that he carries around with him. An it's almost the size of him!!! He's very determined. I'll write you again tomorrow. I can't even tell you how happy I am you let us bring him into our family!!!

Munchkinland Chihuahuas-Debra Bourassa

I purchased my female chihuahua puppy, Macy, from Debra Bourassa more than 6 years ago now. I cannot begin to tell you how extremely happy we are with our Macy and grateful that we found Debra. Like most people, we were wary about purchasing a puppy from the internet and from a breeder we had no previous knowledge of or experience with. We went ahead and took a chance and could not be happier that we did. My puppy arrived well socialized, healthy, and happy. We have never once had any health issues with her and she has brought us so much happiness. She is truly a member of our family.
I have read the reviews from people who were unhappy with Debra, so I wanted to let other potential buyers know about our experience. I would never hesitate to purchase a puppy from Debra. We have had 6 wonderful years with Macy and I look forward to many more with her. I only hope Debra is still breeding her wonderful dogs when the time comes for us to purchase another!

Debra, I doubt you remember us, but I would gladly act as a reference to potential puppy parents! Keep up the good work!

Thanks again for allowing us to adopt Macy!
Kathy Janssen
