ruined things!

Totally disappointed in their services! This is way out of hand. I paid a lot of money for the job to be done by professionals. That's what I've been promised over the phone. But as a result – a lot of my things were damaged and destroyed while they moved them from one place to another!!!
Don't hire them! They should be closed!

Broken things

Moving America is the worst service! We hired them to move the things from our home to a new place we were moving to. Not only did they showed up late, but the delivery was also disappointing! When the car arrived, and they opened the doors of the truck, and all our things were upside down in there.
A lot of things were broken, but the truck driver and the other guy said that they are not going to do anything about it.
We promised to contact their manager and complain, but they just laughed to our faces!
Total rip off! Don't deal with them!

Just drove away!

If I only knew that Moving America is not such a good company they claim to be. I wanted to move to another apartment and I have been packing my things, when I received a call. The truck had already came by and they were waiting for me to start moving. However, we agreed that they would come 2 hours later. When I told them that I am not ready yet, they said that they can not just stand there and wait for me, and drove away! I was very much disappointed by that situation. Will never contact them again. Bad bad company!

Drunk driver

We have agreed with the company called Moving America that they would move our things from one place to another on the 5th of March 2014. The truck came by our house and we went out to greet the employee. We stopped in about two steps from him, because he stank! We immediately understood that he was drunk. We called the company to report about the situation, and the manager told us that they do not have any other drivers available at the time. We had to reschedule the move.
This is my first complaint ever, but I am very upset right now! This company should not be dealt with!

Scam!

Scam scam scam! The truck came by late and the truck driver demanded for an up front payment. That was not what we agreed on! We said that we are not going to pay right away, so the man just sat in his truck and drove off. We called the company to ask for another truck driver to come, as we have already agreed to move our stuff that day, and the operator told us that this is not how things are done.
Will never deal with Moving America again!

For the last time I have decided to use the services of this company Moving America! I have called them up and told them when I would need their services, and I've been asked to pay up front. I have agreed to do that and waited for the day they would come by. So the day came, and the truck didn't! I called the company to ask if there has been some kind of misunderstanding. They never answered my call! I want my money back! It's a rip off!

Scammed!

Moving America scammed me! I have paid up front to move my furniture, as I wasn't able to do it myself. They never showed up! I can't believe this! The company with such a reputation is scamming everyone! There are thousands of complaints online. I am not the only one. We should all unite to get this company shut down!
