destroyed in transit
I have been using Hermes via Parcel station(Sockport) for well over a year. I have posted around 200 items & have praised your service to family, friends & colleagues. The service was fast & was also praised by my buyers.
Then you have to throw all this goodwill away by refusing to compensate for one parcel, which was so badly damaged, that it is more or less destroyed. Photos are available if you contact the Parcel station:- www.parcelstation.co.uk They were given the photos & the emails from which they came, but I have only had negative replies. All they had to do is credit the loss & they would got the money back by my continued use. Now they & you have lost my custom along with the people I inform.
They are hiding behind terms & conditions but they do not trump my statutory rights as in "The supply of goods & services act"
For your infomation the track no is 5831479214879882 The compensation claimed is £33.50, an earth shattering amount, I know.
I would be pleased if you could review this claim & normal service could be resumed.
