credit card charged goods not delivered and refund not offered
I have purchased a dress to my wife from this company MISSES DRESSY on Internet and base in the USA.
The agreement was to have the dress delivered between 2 to 3 days and before the wear date agreed with misses dressy on the phone and on the order for the 21/03/2012.
I made a payment on the 12/03/2012 and the good was marked as shipped to Ndom J Mbeke on My account with Misses dressy on the 15/03/2012 I called them the day before and they told me the dress will be shipped on the 15/03/12 and when I saw the update on my account I was very happy until the 20/03/12 when the dress was not still delivered to my address I called the company and learn that they did not have the dress in stock and they did not even care about giving wrong information and they do want to offer any refund.
Attached is the confirmation of my order with details of the international shipping (2-3 days paid) the ordering and shipping policy for the company and my account with Misses dressy with the updated message: Shipped to Ndom Jacques Mbeke
I am requesting a full refund from Misses Dressy. I called them many times and they do not want to talk to me and don’t want to offer any refund
