I am having the same problem with Mill Valley Leathers. In February/March of 2011 I purchased a jacket for my hubby. While the correct size came, it did not fit, ; most likely it was missized. I exchanged it for another. It also did not fit. When I returned it I was was told to wait until fall to reorder as no new jackets were coming in at that time. In November I called to reactivate the order. I was promised that a replacement jacket would be shipped in mid-December. No Jacket came. Repeated calls brought promises of reshipping, but still no coat. Now, I cannot get anyone to return my emails or voice messages. Last week the message on their answering machine was "mail box full." This week, no answer at all. This is so disappointing because in the past 5 years I have bought 5 shearling jackets, boots and coats with no difficulty what-so-ever. My only options seem to be having the credit card adjust my balance. Is Mill Valley still in business? Suggestions?
