cheated by selling worst material

FRAUD BY MIDDLE EAST PLASTIC INDUSTRIES

We would like to inform you that we are cheated by the following company very badly

MIDDLE EAST PLASTIC INDUSTRIES ,JEDDAH.PO BOX:54432,PH:966 2 6081926

we received very good samples from them so we placed order,they asked to pay 30%in advance and 70% before shipment.
we paid the amount and waited for more than two months to receive the shipment.

total 12mt of plastic raw material
i.e 6mt of recycled hdpe
4mt of second prime hdpe and
2mt of recycled ldpe

the materials we received was mixed with full of mud,water,dust and moisture
we have informed them about the materil quality but they are not reay to refund our money
we mailed our issues with the proof of photos,but all goes to vain

at this time we want that company to refund the total amount our total investment is 15000usd including duty,clearance....

we are ready to provide you all the documents and the communication details if neccessary.
we done this business because of the trust that we have on your country's rules over international business
we need your help to solve our problems as soon as possible
