These guys do everything to scam you. They distract you with some garbage offers and even if you decline everything you are charged 54 dollars for a brush priced $15. Because of misleading information on their website. End moreover I ended up with 4 brushes instead of two. Beware of these scammers, their official address iws the following:

michael mercier detangling brush
I just got off the phone with their order department and their customer service. This company is deliberately misleading customers into thinking that they have a choice whether to get an extra brush and pay the additional $5.95 S&H. In reality, you have no choice. Their site asks how many of 1 "set" do you want. When I think of a "set", the set INCLUDES BOTH as "one" under the same S&H fee. When I saw the advertisement on TV I decided I wanted one brush and would forego the second because I neither needed it nor wanted to pay additional S&H. When I went to order it, I had no choice but to order the second brush AND pay an additional S&H. In essence, you are paying for both brushes. The second one is not free; it is simply a bit less than the first one. You are essentially paying $14.95 for one brush, $5.95 for the shipping, and $5.95 for the second brush. -- They border on false advertising, but they have carefully worded the offer so it is not entirely false. It is, instead, extremely (deliberately) misleading. Scam companies do this; not legitimate ones (or ethical ones).
